We’re taking our show on the road, to Orlando Code Camp

In February, we were happy we got the chance to sponsor and attend the South Florida Code Camp. And this year was one of the best years yet. There were over 1100 registrants this year and many joined in the fun for sessions, networking and pizza.

John Donnelly, one of our new Account Managers, represented us at the Applied Innovations booth answering questions about our newest Windows Cloud Hosting offers and answering questions for our customers. He was a real sport…even rocking Google Glass for awhile!

Jess Coburn, our fearless CEO, gave a session about Deploying the CloudOS: Windows Azure on Your Terms. In that session he discussed hosting with Windows Azure Pack and how you can deploy many of the Azure services yourself, with the same tools, the same technology and even the same user interface but in your datacenter, on your servers, and customized to your unique business needs.

Cara Pluff, our Director of Marketing & Sales, was joined by Kody Betonte, the Interactive Marketing Manager at our one of our partners Arrow Consulting & Design. They presented a session surrounding how to increase your customer engagement and ROI of your website by using Gamification. As a few of the attendees put it, the session was a “roaring” success and we’re excited to announcing that Cara will be also presenting this at the Orlando Code Camp on March 22, 2014.
